Use this as an all-purpose sauce for anything from salads and roasted veggies to ground meat. Add extra water if you want to make it a bit more mild, and blend if you want it to be super creamy.
The coconut and cacao butter from Coconut Flurry add a unique spin to this umami-packed sauce.
Ingredients
-
1/3 Cup Coconut Flurry
-
1 tsp Ginger Powder
-
2 Garlic Cloves, Grated
-
1 tsp Red or White Miso
-
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
-
1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
-
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
-
2 tsp Vermont Maple Syrup, or Honey
-
3 Tbs water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
