Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. However, if you're unhappy with your product within 60 days after purchase, please let us know by emailing us at contact@mixedupnutbutter.com and we'll gladly issue you a refund within 2 business days on your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional days for the refund to show up depending on the time it takes for your bank or payment service to process the refund.
Damaged Goods
If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please let us know by emailing us a photo to contact@mixedupnutbutter.com and we will send you a new jar to replace it.
