Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in-stock orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Shipments are usually fulfilled twice per week - once on Monday or Tuesday, and once on Friday or Saturday. Days of delivery occur depending on days of operation of the shipping carrier (USPS; UPS). When experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take up to 2 additional business days to fulfill orders. If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as we can via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates, not including handling time:

Shipment Method: USPS First Class (2-4 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days [See map below]), or UPS (Occasionally)

  • $0: Orders $55+ shipping to Mainland U.S.
  • $6: Northeastern US (CT, DC, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT)
  • $8: Southern & Midwestern US (AL, AK, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OH, SC, SD, TN, VA, WV, WI)
  • $9: Southwestern US (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OK, TX, UT, WY)
  • $13: Pacific Coast (CA, OR, WA)

DHL Express used for orders shipping to Non-Mainland US and US Territories (AK, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, HI, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, PR, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific)

Note: The shipping service we use is usually dependent on cost to ship, however, if you'd like either USPS or UPS, please let us know in the order notes at checkout, or email us (contact@mixedupnutbutter.com) with your order number within an hour of placing your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Please note that delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping times, and additional customs forms are required. Standard domestic shipping rates apply.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive their tracking numbers once they are created, via email, and with the Shop mobile app.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Mixed Up Nut Butter, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mixed Up Nut Butter, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, if you do receive a shipment that is damaged, let us know by sending us photos of your damaged shipment and we will replace it for free.

International Shipping Policy

We now offer international shipping via DHL Express. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping. Mixed Up Nut Butter, LLC is not responsible for any lost packages, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during international shipping. All additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination country.

Items on Backorder

Items on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they're in stock, along with any other items ordered. If you'd like to receive non-backorder items sooner, please place a separate order. Additionally, you will not be charged until your items are shipped out.
