- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- Zest of one orange (for a citrusy touch)

Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Blend Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and nut butter until well combined.
- Mix Fruits & Nuts: Add the chopped nuts, dried cranberries (or raisins), diced apple, and orange zest to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until everything is well incorporated.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Baking Time: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
