Edible Cookie Dough
Let's be real here. Many of us eat raw cookie dough without the worries of getting sick, but with that aside, wouldn't it be nice to not have to go through all the trouble to make a batch of cookie dough?
Refined flour and sugar aren't the best foods we can be putting in our bodies. So, here's a better-for-you edible cookie dough recipe that comes together in less than 5 minutes. Oh, and if you'd like, you can bake these too.
Enjoy with a glass of Mixed Nut Butter Milk.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and stir until well incorporated. Add more almond flour if the mixture is too wet. Taste the cookie dough and add a pinch of salt if you think it needs it.
Mix in your add-ins.
Enjoy. Have it over yogurt, ice cream, or drizzled with your favorite nut butter.
If you're baking them
Preheat oven to 350F/175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except add-ins, in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then, mix in add-ins.
Roll into 4 equal sized balls, and flatten them out in .5" thick disks, or bake as a cookie ball (they come out a little gooey in the middle, you get the best of both worlds)
Bake for around 15 minutes, or until edges begin to brown a bit. They will not spread like a typical cookie would.
Let cool on a baking rack, and enjoy.
