A crisp, tangy slaw with a creamy almond-pecan-cashew dressing—perfect for a refreshing side or light lunch.
Ingredients

⅓ cup Almond Pecan Cashew Nut Butter “The New Favorite”
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 small knob fresh ginger, grated (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

1 tsp sriracha (Optional)

3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (¼ head)
- 1 small apple, cut into matchsticks
- 1 medium carrot, shredded or sliced into strips
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, sliced into rods
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, torn or chopped

Directions
- Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth, adding water 1 tsp at a time if thick.
- Toss slaw ingredients in a large bowl, pour dressing over, and mix well.
