Finishing a jar of nut butter is bittersweet. You're out, but you can also repurpose what's left for a tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

1 (almost) empty jar of "The High Bar" - Our Almond, Pecan, Walnut Nut Butter

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats

1/4 to 1/3 cup milk of choice

2 tablespoons grated carrot
-
1 tablespoon Vermont maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

A pinch of nutmeg

2 large spoonfuls yogurt

VT maple syrup, to taste

Pecans or walnuts, for garnish
Overnight Oats
Topping
Directions
Combine and stir all overnight oats ingredients in your empty jar.
In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt and maple syrup. Spoon over top of oats, then top with pecans or walnuts.
Cap the jar, then place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy!
