Ingredients
- 1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted (about 10-12 dates)
- ½ cup dried cherries
- ¼ cup rolled oats

½ cup Mixed Up’s Cacao Cashew Spread
- Optional coating: cacao powder or crushed cashews
Directions
Pulse dates and dried cherries in food processor until chopped
Add oats, pulse until combined
Warm Cacao Cashew Spread slightly (10 seconds) for optimal mixing
Add spread to food processor, pulse until mixture forms a dough. Use a spoon to mix if needed.
Roll into 1-inch balls
Optional: roll in cacao powder or crushed cashews
Chill 30 minutes
