We had the pleasure of meeting Jenny at a specialty food gathering in Windsor, Vermont where her business, Artisan Eats, catered food for attendees to enjoy. We admired the freshness, simplicity, and quality of her food, so we chatted for a bit. She sources most of her ingredients within just 50 miles of her kitchen. Weeks later, we tabled at Stewart Maple Marketplace's Tap to Table event, and Jenny showed up and supported us by buying a few jars. She loves to cook, so she gifted us this Coconut Granola Recipe, using our Coconut Cashew Pecan Nut Butter - "Coconut Flurry".
I met Kent from Mixed Up Nut Butter a few weeks ago here at Artisans Park! It is such a pleasure to always meet youth with passion...I played around with a take on PB&J granola using the Coconut Flurry Nut Butter, some dried cranberries and strawberries. I’m more of a non-traditional jam girl. Pay attention for this kid, he’ll be going places!
