Ingredients

3 cups/75 grams brown rice crisp cereal

1 scoop protein powder of choice

½ cup/120 grams "The High Bar" - Our Almond, Pecan, Walnut Nut Butter

1/2 cup/170 grams honey

1 tbs cinnamon, optional
Directions
In a medium microwavable bowl, combine honey and nut butter. Microwave in 10-second increments to loosen up, then mix thoroughly.
Thoroughly mix in protein powder and cinnamon until no dry ingredients remain.
Mix in cereal. Combine until coated. It will take a lot of mixing, and should hold together.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, and dump the mixture in. Press down into an even, compact layer. Chill for 15-30 minutes, then slice into 12-18 squares. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
